12:33:17  <dwarf> train 265 is the clock, it turns the yellow purr circuit green for a moment every 60 days
12:33:38  <dwarf> this is the trigger to let the ES trains into the stations to drop their stuff
12:34:40  <dwarf> the full ES trains keep going around the outer maglev rings, trying to get back to the pick stations though the inner ring
12:34:59  <dwarf> the outer and inner rings are connected through th drop stations

12:36:06  <dwarf> for every drop station there's a waiting bay where one train can wait until the trigger lets it through
12:36:49  <dwarf> sometimes you have to trick the trains to get into the waiting bays instead of keeping going in the outer ring
12:37:22  <dwarf> the backward red signals make the outer ring less attractive
12:37:46  <dwarf> and we use pathfinder (PF) traps
12:38:52  <dwarf> these look like a shortcut to the inner ring, but when the train gets there, the 2-way signal turns red and the train is tricked to go the longer way throug the drop station
12:39:44  <dwarf> That's how a basic ES drop works
12:41:01  <dwarf> For the ES trains to SL1 it's more complicated, Hazzard build that counter logic to count 6 trains to let in for every trigger. I'm not able to explain how exactly that works :D
12:41:41  <dwarf> But I'm adding 2 drop stations there, if I understand it enough, I'll be able to modify it to let 8 trains through instead
