22:54:28  <planetmaker> The goal should IMO be to not copy&paste it, but just reference it via #include "templatefile"

22:55:07  <planetmaker> e.g. templates are never copied, but only included.
22:55:46  <planetmaker> it saves code duplication and especially makes it easy to update / correct templates: there's one file which then needs fixing  - but it would fix ALL affected trains which use it.
