18:13:41 <Rubidium> https://rbijker.net/openttd/pkg-config-lzo2.diff <- that patch finally starts to make sense now (or rather since 2017-03-01)
18:13:54 *** JacobD88 has quit IRC
18:14:15 <Rubidium> not that most distributions have a new enough lzo2 by now to actually apply the cleanup patch :(
18:14:37 <frosch123> what happened last month?
18:14:46 <Rubidium> new release of lzo2
18:15:03 <Rubidium> which finally includes a pkg-config file
18:15:15 <frosch123> how unusual
18:15:51 <Rubidium> only 1.5 years after I suggested it (with a patch)
18:16:59 <frosch123> looks nice, would it work on the farm?
18:17:50 <Rubidium> that's the beauty... on the farm I could've worked 1.5 years ago (just put the .pc file with the right data in the right location)
18:18:24 <Rubidium> but without the .pc files being (usually) found in the wild, it would effectively break lzo2 compilation for everyone else
