06:47:15  <Xotic750> planetmaker: the stadard 4x size is 512x512 but because we can not anti-alias I use the technique of rendering 4x bigger than that (2048x2048) and then downscale to the 4x, 2x and 1x scale, to give a clearer image.

In the final sprites we cut off excess just not with the raw images, but it would be possible to take a little off and then design the template (post processing) to always thing of the raw with this new size.
